These terms cover your use of the Flex Space Business Centers websites, including flexspacebusinesscenters.com and lease.flexspacebusinesscenters.com, and the text messages we send. Flex Space Business Centers is a trade name of Matson Development LLC (“Flex Space,” “we,” “us”). By using our websites or signing up for our text messages, you agree to these terms. Text messaging terms
When you check a text message consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Flex Space Business Centers at the mobile number you provide. There are two kinds, and you choose each one separately:
- Inquiry and tour messages (non-marketing). Replies to your space inquiry, including availability, pricing, tour scheduling, reminders and follow-up.
- Marketing messages. Only if you check the marketing box: new availability, specials and property updates.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and how you interact with us. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP at any time. We'll send one message confirming you're unsubscribed, then no more. To start again, reply START.

- Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of touring, applying for or leasing a space, or of doing any business with us.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You must be 18 or older and the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission.
- Messages may be sent by our leasing team, including Crown Property Management acting on our behalf.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Availability, pricing and leases
Availability, pricing, unit features, photos and descriptions on our websites are for general information and can change without notice. Features vary by unit. Nothing on our websites is an offer to lease or a commitment to hold a space. A lease exists only once a written lease agreement has been signed by all parties, and every lease is subject to application and approval.
Using our websites
You agree to use our websites only for lawful purposes, to provide accurate information in any form you submit, and not to interfere with how the websites work or attempt to access them in unauthorized ways.
Our content
The text, photos, logos, video and design on our websites belong to Flex Space or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written consent.
Other websites
Our websites may link to websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our websites are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the websites, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute relating to them will be handled in the courts of Benton County, Washington.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our websites or text messages after a change means you accept the updated terms.
